1.5oz Revel Reposado
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
3/4oz habanero infused Maple Syrup
3/4oz St George Spiced Pear Liquor
Egg white

Garnish: Skewered pear fan with cinnamon dust

*Build in tin, “dry shake” cocktail; add ice and “wet shake” then double strain into a coupe.
