This service may be limited or not available in some locations due to local laws or other restrictions.
Age Verification Required
Important: All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+ years) upon delivery with valid photo ID.
Please plan accordingly by providing a shipping address where someone 21 or older will be available to sign for the package. Carriers will not leave alcohol packages unattended, even with a signature on file.
Delivery Tips:
- Consider shipping to your workplace if you’re unavailable during business hours
- Use UPS MyChoice to hold shipments at the nearest UPS pickup location
Shipping Timeframe & Tracking
- Fulfillment: 1-3 business days
- Delivery: 1-5 business days after shipment
- Total time: Allow up to 3-8 business days
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, contact info@revelspirits.com.
Tip: Place orders early in the week to avoid weekend warehouse delays.
Shipping Carriers & Damage
We ship via major carriers. If your order is damaged in transit, contact info@revelspirits.com for replacement or refund. Most damage occurs from multiple delivery attempts—monitor your tracking for on-time delivery.

Can I expedite my order?
All orders ship via standard shipping. Expedited options are not available.
Can you hold my shipment for later delivery?
Contact info@revelspirits.com before your order ships. We may not be able to accommodate all requests for fulfilled orders.
Order Tracking & Delivery
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you don’t receive it after 3 days, check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before contacting us.
Do you ship to all US territories?
Shipping may be limited or unavailable in some areas due to local laws and restrictions.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Someone 21+ with photo ID must sign for delivery. Carriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Failed deliveries result in return to sender and partial refund.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses due to adult signature requirements.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact info@revelspirits.com immediately if you need to change your address. Address changes may not be possible for orders already shipped.
Order Changes & Returns
Can I add or remove products from my order?
No. All sales are final once placed.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for:
- Damaged shipments
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items from your order

I received only some of my products. What next?
Multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers. Contact info@revelspirits.com if items are missing after all tracking shows delivered.
